Moving from solar power to energy reliability

How Ing. Bart van den Bosch, helps teams deliver sustainable energy projects right the first time safely and in a way that's insurable.

The energy transition requires more than just ambitious plans. It requires practical knowledge, compliance with standards, and experience with systems that always work. That is exactly what Bart van den Bosch, Engineer, stands for.

Bart has been active in energy production, conversion, storage, and energy management since 1994. From power plant automation in 1996, through the construction of 501 solar-powered homes (1.3 MWp) in 1997 and unique projects such as the A9 noise barrier (Shell, 2,440 PV modules), to overseeing large-scale PV and battery storage projects and implementing Energy Management Systems (EMS). This long history of practical experience is reflected in every project: clear design, robust execution, compliance with standards, and insurability.

Marius Vriens

Technical depth and compliance with standards should never come at the expense of clarity.

With over 35 years of technical experience, Marius Vriens is one of the most versatile specialists in the field of electrical inspection and training. His career spans aviation engineering and robotic automation to electrical inspection and battery energy storage systems (BESS)—a combination that gives him a unique, practical perspective on today's energy transition.

Since 2018, Marius has been working as an independent SCIOS inspector and lead auditor at KIWA, where he conducts certification audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO 17021, and ISO 17065. In recent years, he has further specialized in BEOS (battery energy storage systems)—from design and implementation to commissioning and inspection—in addition to his broad expertise in high- and low-voltage installations (BA5, AREI).

His certifications, including SCIOS scopes 8pi, 9, 10, and 12, IRIS thermography, and VCAVOL, form the basis for the practical training courses and masterclasses he delivers. Marius translates complex technical and regulatory material into clear, actionable knowledge for professionals in the energy sector.

Paul Brouwers

Complex knowledge only becomes valuable when everyone can understand and apply it.

Paul Brouwers ensures that technical and regulatory expertise is translated into clear, coherent learning pathways. His strength lies in bringing structure to dense and extensive subject matter, thereby making complex knowledge understandable.

For over 25 years, Paul worked in procurement and supply chain management—a world of complex processes, diverging interests, and chains where everything must fit together seamlessly. There, he learned how to organize large amounts of information, justify decisions, and translate agreements into a working method that makes sense and remains sustainable.

For the past three years, Paul has been applying that approach to developing e-learning in the renewable energy sector. At Boschrijk, he is building an online learning environment in which content, structure, and process form a unified whole. The result is knowledge that is logically structured, consistent, and accessible to everyone.
